BookingBug was founded to provide a cloud-based booking and appointments tool for small businesses.
In recent years, retailers like Waitrose, Pets At Home, Marks and Spencer have all started offering in store services in their retail space — and as a result, have started beating a path to BookingBug’s door.
BookingBug wanted to build upon this trend and attract more interest and attention from similar enterprise retailers.
Together, we established the core theme of retailers providing added value services to offer something Amazon can’t. From there, we produced several consistent announcements, made introductions to media and finally released a maturity report which garnered interest including Apple.
